Vindali Vartak is a senior executive in the healthcare industry leading Clinical and Revenue Cycle Innovation including applications of Artificial Intelligence. She is a trained Dental Surgeon with a Masters in Business (MBA) and Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and is board certified as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She holds numerous awards and memberships of prestigious professional societies in her field of healthcare, business, and leadership. She speaks at industry and professional events regularly.
Vindali is a strong proponent of value-based leadership, self-sufficiency for women, and whole-child education. She contributes to the community in these areas by volunteering her time. For the past 10 years, Vindali has volunteered with Vibha. Along with envisioning, executing, and scaling Vibe (a high profile fundraiser that has raised more close to million dollars over three years), Vindali has worn numerous hats for Vibha, including serving as a solution/project lead for 3 years, being the default emcee for events in Atlanta, experimenting with virtual events like Dream Mike X in pre-COVID -19 times, and developing & facilitating Vibha’s leadership program. She has been serving as Vibha’s Global Innovation Leader since 2017 and focused on growing Vibha’s footprint globally. She has received multiple awards for her volunteer work over the past 10 years including Vibha’s Volunteer of the Year Award in 2011, Vibha’s Exceptional Volunteer Leader Award 2019, and US President’s Volunteer Service Gold Award for three years in a row. She is currently focused on Vibha’s initiative on closing gaps in Digital Education in the USA and India.
In addition to Vibha, Vindali also volunteers her time as a success coach for Every Woman Works, Inc., a non-profit that focuses on moving women from dependency to self-sufficiency, and also as a mentor with the Graduate Mentoring Program at J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
Vindali is a trained Kathak (Indian Classical Dance) artist. She has co-directed and performed multiple dance shows since 2006 including a semi-classical production “Madhuban” under the banner of KalaTanvi Productions in 2016 and “Rendezvous” by Ripple Effect Productions in 2019. Vindali is also a Tai Chi Practitioner. Vindali loves spending her personal time with her 13-year-old son, reading, exploring different forms of art, and chatting away. In her spare time, she enjoys reading books on leadership, innovation, autobiographies, and about women from different walks and cultures.
